NPS Small Business Suite

A full small-business operations suite built for Nixon's Piping Systems, a plumbing and heating company. An owner app handles job scheduling, task assignment and inventory, a crew app makes sure every tech has the right address and materials, and a web office handles invoices, proposals and receipts.

Our own all-in-one back office: invoices, proposals and receipts, cash-basis accounting, mileage, tax set-aside, per-client pricing, a calendar that syncs to Outlook, a 7 AM daily email, two-step sign-in and encrypted cloud backups.

Real-time drone livestreaming for iOS and Android. Pilots go live from the field with low-latency WebRTC playback, an HLS fallback, viewer chat, push alerts and one-tap invite links.

Custom tool-case inserts

Organizer bins for a plumbing, pipefitting and heating contractor's Milwaukee Packout case — designed in Fusion 360 and 3D printed to hold pipe nipples by size. Every piece fits, and the lid still closes.
